Apartments project
From empty unfinished spaces, we have created four modern, fully equipped apartments with private kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and terraces. Two are already ready for guests, the other two will be finished by November. Future plans focus on indoor climate control, handcrafted furniture, smart lighting, coziness, and 'edible' design features.
Apartments project
We started with nothing but bare concrete/granite and empty spaces. The goal: build four year-round rental apartments, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, private terrace and heating providing comfort and independence for guests in every season.
The first two apartments have been completed and opened to guests, fully furnished and ready to stay. Work on the remaining two is in its final phase, with completion scheduled for November 2025. Each apartment is designed to feel both modern and warm, with attention to detail in layout and functionality.
Looking ahead, we want to go beyond just comfort. Plans include active monitoring and control of the indoor climate in each apartment to keep them pleasant and efficient across the changing seasons. Smart lighting will help cut unnecessary power use while improving ambience.
For winter, small pellet stoves will be added on top of the heating system that is already in place, this as an additional source of heat and atmosphere. To enhance the outdoor space, more (edible)plants and bushes will be planted around each terrace, improving both privacy and aesthetics. We’re also planning aquaponics systems on the terraces: they will produce fresh herbs and fruits, add a unique green feature, and serve as living privacy screens.
