I am a systems architect, educator, and coach with a career spanning laboratories, agriculture, software development, management, education, construction, and entrepreneurship. From running a farm to founding international tech projects, from teaching sustainability and innovation to hands-on construction, I have lived and worked across diverse domains. This wide scope of experience allows me to quickly grasp the context of my clients, no matter their industry or challenge.

My coaching is rooted in radical curiosity and structured inquiry. I ask incisive questions, sometimes seemingly not relevant, that build a complete picture of your situation. Similar to a large language model, I extract patterns from this data to reveal blind spots, unlock clarity, and cut through the “noise” that keeps professionals stuck. My style is direct yet empathetic: surgical precision with emotional safety. A critical friend with a warm hart. Most of the times the answers are already there, they just have to be revealed and made concrete and tangible by an external observer.
